Our Questcare MAP – Security service puts in place a security foundation consisting of security essentials, monitoring, alerting and patching. Our security essentials include malware and antivirus protection, security awareness training, spam filtering, content management, and dark web monitoring.

MAP – Security can provide reactive IT support. This support can be pre-approved so Dynamic Quest can address alerts and tickets, or you can receive all alerts and have your internal team perform resolution. All ticket resolution performed by Dynamic Quest will be billed at an agreed upon hourly rate.

Questcare MSP: Comprehensive Managed IT

Our Questcare MSP solution provides businesses with 24x7x365 IT support and resolution at an agreed upon monthly rate. This allows you to focus on business initiatives and let our team focus on keeping your IT running and secure.
