John Guillaume

Chief Executive Officer

As the CEO of Dynamic Quest, he is passionate about providing our customers peace of mind with an unwavering focus on reliable delivery and support of IT, Cloud, and Security solutions coupled with exceptional customer experience.

John has a 25-year track record of success as an executive in the technology and telecom sectors. He believes that great businesses are rooted in a passion for customer experience and the development of remarkable products. Most recently, John was the Chief Design Officer of Comcast Business, where he led the development of market-leading services and digital solutions, helping the company achieve extraordinary growth. As an entrepreneur, he built the leading wholesale VoIP communications platform in the US, which was later sold to Comcast.

In his spare time, John loves spending time outdoors running, hiking, and skiing with his wife and two kids and catching a round of golf with his friends.

Javier Gomez

President & Owner

After putting in a few years at tech companies in the 90s, Javier had an entrepreneurial insight: he saw a problem, and he had an idea for a solution. He had witnessed first-hand that many large companies had IT staff that were overworked just trying to keep their network environment running. They lacked the time and focus to improve, enhance, or properly secure their organizations. He also saw that many small companies were poorly served by outside IT service companies. The small- to mid-size organizations needed not only to keep their IT operations stable, but they also needed guidance on what they should be doing as an organization to stay compliant, forward thinking, and secure.

It seemed that in both large and small companies, IT services were not aligned with the business goals of the organization. IT experts were too busy putting out fires to apply their expertise to advancing the business.

Javier founded Dynamic Quest on January 1st, 2000, to solve that problem. From day one, he established a culture of excellence—with a focus on providing reliable service to businesses seeking stable growth in the context of breathtaking technological change. As Javier grew his team (from 3 to over 100 in the first decade), he challenged his colleagues to continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies and services, in order to offer businesses the best solutions to their needs and avoid the trendy dead-ends.

Javier’s success has garnered him attention from the industry, and from investors, including several appearances on national industry publication CRN’s annual lists of noteworthy firms and one of CIO Review’s Most Promising IT Services Companies in the United States.

Today the company is imbued with the same fervor it was born with. Javier is bringing new challenges to his team and enlarging his company’s service area across the Eastern Seaboard. He’s confident that it’s only going to get more interesting from here.

Dennis Roberts

Chief Financial Officer

Dennis Roberts joined Dynamic Quest late in 2018 and is responsible for supporting the growth of the company in finance, accounting, human resources and procurement.

Before joining Dynamic Quest, Dennis held various finance and accounting roles for the past 10 years at a number of private equity owned, high growth, software technology companies.

Dennis brings a blend of hands-on experience coupled with a strategic vision that makes him uniquely qualified to reorganize, streamline and strengthen financial operations to maximize performance and profitability in a high grown environment.

Dennis is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Accountancy and an MBA in finance. He holds an active CPA certificate. He is the father of four grown children and he and his wife love to explore new places and cultures with their furry friends.

Cal Till

Vice President of Professional Services

As the VP of Professional Services, Cal Till is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and company growth through oversight of the project delivery and management teams as well as the client advisory and software development teams.

Before joining Dynamic Quest, Cal held various sales, operational and leadership roles in Managed IT Services over the past 15 years.

Cal brings a wholistic view and perspective to Dynamic Quest that helps drive our mission of providing and delivering world class solutions for our clients. He helps drive this through efficient and comprehensive delivery of service and solution implementation as well as ensuring our clients are guided on how to best use technology to advance their business.

Cal is a graduate of Mercer University with a B.S. in Industrial Management and enjoys traveling with his wife and competing in cycling races and events across the southeast.

Doug Smith

Vice President of Operations

Doug Smith joined Dynamic Quest in May of 2022 as part of the acquisition of Hargray’s Managed Services group. He is the VP of Operations and is responsible for our service delivery teams in all areas, our security services team, business analytics team, our system support group and our infrastructure group that includes our data center and business continuity.

Doug is accomplished and has been recognized throughout his career as a leader in his field. As a Managed Service Provider owner for more than 16 years, he was nationally recognized many times for his leadership and in 2014 was named franchisee of the year for North America. He has been featured in articles in PC World Magazine and was on the cover and feature article of Business Solutions magazine for his operational insights and his customer focused approach. After selling his business in 2016, Doug continued his focus on providing enhanced technology services to his clients buy building a vCIO team focused on providing strategic IT guidance and oversight for his growing client base.

Doug’s approach to operations blends clear communication with accountability and this is the proven recipe of success we are using to drive client satisfaction at Dynamic Quest. His nearly 30 years of management, technical, business and operational experience brings all that to bear for his role with Dynamic Quest.

Doug also believes that balance and family are a critical part of an individual’s, and ultimately, the larger groups success. Doug’s family is very important to him, and he has a wife of 31 years and two adult daughters and one son in law.

Cliff Bean

Vice President of Sales

Cliff Bean joined Dynamic Quest in April of 2005 with the responsibility of increasing revenue through sales of services solutions that would provide the highest level of benefit to the customer. Through the following 18 years with the company Cliff has become responsible for all aspects of the sales process and revenue generation, growth of the inside and outside sales teams, and oversight of marketing and lead generation.

Dynamic Quest has successfully increased sales both organically and through acquisitions based on our mission to be the leading IT service company focused on delivering stable and reliable solutions that help our clients achieve their long-term goals.

Before joining Dynamic Quest, Cliff worked with the fledgling CLEC industry providing bandwidth and voice solutions along with services aimed at improving the technological infrastructure of its clients. Cliff has been working with technology since the first computers appeared and has sold and marketed solutions that drive the industry standard.

Cliff attended East Carolina University and served in the armed forces.
